SHIPPING
After placing your order we will do our best to have your item shipped out within 24-48 hours.
Upon creation of a shipping label you’ll receive an email from us providing you with a tracking number and all the important information about how to follow your shipments progress.
*Certain large products such as bikes, car racks, bike trainers/platforms are ineligible for shipping and our considered 'In-store pickup only'.
Tracking your order
Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking number to register when your order ships. Once the package has been picked up by our couriers and scanned into their system the tracking number will automatically update.

*Processing times and delivery times are expected to increase around the holiday season and at peak times throughout the year.
Delays Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances
When natural disasters or extraordinary weather events occur it can often cause delays along shipping routes and can lead to an increase in delivery time for packages. We ask for your understanding in these situations and consider this when an item you have ordered seems to be taking longer than usual. We as a seller have little control over delivery of the package once it has left our store.
Return/refund requests cannot be initiated until the package has been received by you or a courier investigation has determined that the order has become lost/irretrievable.
In-Store Pickup - Always Free!
Scotia Cycle offers in-store pick up on all in-stock online orders. You can select in-store pickup as an option on the checkout page. Continue to checkout and once the order is completed we’ll set your product aside ready for pickup.
Shipping fees
Scotia Cycle offers free standard shipping within Canada (with Canada Post) for all orders over $99 (before tax)
For orders under $99, shipping charges will apply, this will be determined at checkout. Options for expedited shipping are also available.
Shipping outside Canada
Scotia Cycle is currently only offering shipping inside Canada.
